Để nước sốt đặc hơn, hãy trộn nước bột bắp vào nước sốt và khuấy đều cho đến khi nước sốt sền sệt. Tắt bếp và để sang một bên.
Đun nóng dầu trong một cái chảo khác ở ngọn lửa vừa. Lấy thịt bò từ trong túi ra, thấm khô thịt bằng giấy, cho thịt vào chảo.
Để thịt như vậy trong 2 phút rồi lật mặt kia, chiên chín. Rưới lên mỗi miếng thịt 2 muỗng canh nước xốt. Nước xốt làm cho miếng thịt thêm thơm, ngon, ngọt và màu đẹp hơn rất nhiều.
Gắp thịt ra đĩa và để như vậy trong vòng 10 – 15 phút. Cắt thịt bò thành các miếng vừa ăn.
Rắc một ít hạt mè trắng rang và hành lá cắt nhỏ lên trên miếng thịt. Rưới lên thịt xốt Teriyaki.
